WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Have you ever wondered if therapy can actually help you make a difference in your life? Therapy that includes hypnoanalysis often helps people reach their goals as quickly and thoroughly as possible, and to end procrastination. Hypnoanalysis uses a process called memory reconsolidation. Neuroscience tells us that using memory reconsolidation has the potential to reduce or eliminate the effects of past trauma. For symptoms such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, and phobias the goal is symptom elimination. Many clients are able to achieve this even with difficult problems they have been struggling with for years. The neuroscience of memory reconsolidation is pointing to why this is possible. I specialize in using hypnoanalysis to help clients meet their goals.

USING HYPNOANALYSIS TO FIGHT ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, STRESS, AND TRAUMA
Therapy such as CBT is usually oriented toward managing symptoms. The goal of hypnoanalysis is symptom-elimination. While we can’t guarantee results, many clients who have experienced hypnoanalysis, leave therapy symptom-free, with new and more effective coping strategies.
For example, many people who have struggled with weight loss for years find reaching their optimal weight easy after resolving the emotional reasons for the extra weight. People that experienced anxiety find themselves being calm in situations that used to be triggering.
Hypnosis is not magic. This is a clinical process for deep transformation.
How long hypnoanalysis takes depends on how much trauma people had in childhood. For people that had a traumatic childhood, therapy takes longer. For people that had a relatively happy childhood, therapy can be shorter. This is because of the impact of trauma on the developing brain.
There is growing research that confirms the effectiveness of hypnosis, a process that has been used since before Freud.
